Fiberglass Cylinders/tubes are used in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry for providing insulation resistance. These cylinders are made out of continuous fiberglass filaments impregnated with epoxy resin at suitable angles using filament winding process. Our product has the advantages of reliable quality, smooth appearance, uniform colour, neat cutting ends and small thickness tolerance with strict manufacturing technology. Due to its superior mechanical and electrical properties, they are widely used in the transformers, switchgear, On-Load tap changers, reactors, surge arresters and insulator industry. The tubes are tested for critical high voltage applications with in-house testing equipment and also with external agencies like CPRI and CIPET.

Epoxy Cloth Tube
FRP Epoxy cloth tube is made of alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and wound on a mandrel to required thickness and cured in owen. It is suitable for insulating structural parts in electrical equipment, and can be used in damp environment and transformer oil.
